Remote. Required:
• IT experience (7 years);
• Experience with business intelligence tools and systems (5 years);
• Experience in the use of OLAP tools for data extraction, collection, and performing complex queries;
• Experience with advanced statistical techniques, econometrics, and predictive modeling using large datasets;
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, Python) and advanced data visualization tools;
• Experience with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and Florida's REACH Act;
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in using OLAP tools, writing reports, and reviewing queries for performance issues, implementing changes as needed;
• Participate in the design and development of reports and create comprehensive user documentation;
• Monitor customer usage, upgrade enterprise-wide query and reporting tools, and ensure the security of front-end components;
• Maintain metadata coordination and support production systems using process and data modeling methodologies;
• Identify trends and forecast employment needs to evaluate the effectiveness of workforce development programs;
• Assess the economic impact of workforce policies and provide evidence-based recommendations to inform decision-making;
• Translate complex economic data into clear, actionable insights for policymakers and stakeholders via technical reports and dashboards;
• Coordinate with state agencies, educational institutions, and industry partners on multidisciplinary research teams.
