About the position The Director of SaaS Sales at Capital One Software is a leadership role focused on driving revenue growth through enterprise software sales. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of individual contributors to achieve and exceed sales quotas. , Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to develop the team's skills and ensure high levels of productivity. , Hire, develop, and retain a world-class sales force. , Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. , Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and customer success teams to maximize sales opportunities. , Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the East Coast market. , Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the East Coast market. , Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
