This is a unique opportunity to influence how care is delivered by bridging clinical practice, professional standards, and digital solutions within a large, multi-site Regional Health Information System (RHIS). About the Role Reporting to the Regional Chief Interprofessional Practice Officer, the Digital Interprofessional Practice Lead serves as a subject matter expert in clinical content, professional standards, and electronic health record (EHR) functionality. You will collaborate closely with clinical leaders, clinical informatics, ITS teams, medical leadership, and regional partner hospitals to support the development, optimization, and ongoing evolution of the Lumeo RHIS. As a trusted consultant and advisor, you will ensure that clinical standards, workflows, and policies are accurately and safely embedded within the digital environment—supporting quality care, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and clinical adoption across the region. Key Responsibilities Consultation & Issue Resolution - Provide expert consultation on clinical and digital practice issues, including adverse events and investigations. - Support hospitals and system users with Lumeo-related requests, clinical content concerns, and workflow challenges. - Facilitate issue resolution through collaboration with subject matter experts and regional stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with legislative, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Workflow Design, Optimization & Education - Lead the assessment, design, and optimization of clinical workflows within the Lumeo system. - Partner with clinical and IT teams to automate manual processes and align digital solutions with regional goals. - Support change management, adoption strategies, and education initiatives. - Use data analysis and feedback to guide system improvements and monitor effective use. Advancing Professional Practice & Digital Health Standards - Align EHR design with professional practice standards, safety principles, and evidence-based care. - Lead initiatives to optimize clinical documentation and system functionality. - Facilitate clinical engagement and decision-making related to standardized digital solutions.
