Requirements
• Law degree (Master's or equivalent) with a specialization in IT Law, Data Protection Law, or Commercial Law.
• Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in data protection (GDPR) and/or IT contract law, ideally within a tech company or a law firm with a strong TMT practice.
• Familiarity with emerging AI regulations (e.g., AI Act) and data-related legislation (e.g., Data Act).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in German is a significant advantage, particularly for supporting the German market expansion.
