The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL development using IBM Infosphere DataStage, with expertise in data integration, data warehousing, and performance tuning . The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying ETL solutions to support business intelligence and data analytics initiatives. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 4-5 years of experience with IBM Infosphere DataStage development. • Strong experience in ETL processes, data integration, and data warehousing concepts. • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, DB2, SQL Server). • Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ETL jobs. • Familiarity with job scheduling tools and version control systems. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
