Home Sweet Home provides in home services to executives being relocated by their companies throughout the United States and in several overseas countries. The Customer Service Support role is responsible for providing high quality service to transferees while supporting CSCs, which includes interacting with transferees, processing invoices, managing file workflows, and entering orders accurately. Responsibilities - Interact with Transferees - Communicate with transferees via email in a timely manner according to the company communication process (“the baton”) and having the insight of knowing when to create individual responses - Billing - Process invoices for accuracy, knowledge of how each vendor is paid, pay contractors as needed, have a thorough understanding of Boru Billing, pricing (mileage rates, RMC rates), etc., Create CSRs as needed - File Management - Understanding workflow and manage "the baton”. Having the ability to take ownership of files before CSC puts the job in process. Knowledge of team's accounts and account specific details / processes - Margin Management - In conjunction with the CSC, take steps to ensure that HSH meets its margin goals on files - Order entry - Input orders into VT with correct information and accuracy.
