Novolex is a leading manufacturer of food, beverage, and specialty packaging. The Customer Service Representative will support the company’s profit and service objectives by ensuring accurate handling of customer orders and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with company policies
- Review orders for lead-time, product availability, and adherence to order policies
- Act as a liaison between the customer and other functional teams when there are discrepancies or issues with product requirements or capabilities
- Represent the voice of the customer daily for the Sales and Marketing team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to enhance service levels and provide Novolex with a competitive edge in the marketplace
- Gather and report data on key account relationships, offering insights on customer satisfaction and evolving requirements to the Sales and Marketing teams
Skills
- High School diploma and significant customer service experience in manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with the ability to review and ensure compliance with order policies
- Ability to collaborate with various internal departments to resolve customer needs
- A customer-centric approach, focused on delivering excellent service and satisfaction
- BA/BS degree
- SAP experience
