Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software is a plus
- Passion for pets and knowledge of pet products is a plus
