In this role, you will provide customer service support by assisting homeowners with warranty concerns and managing expectations through clear communication. Responsibilities - Answer inbound calls to assist our homeowners with various warranty concerns - Understand each customer’s individual needs and determine the best course of action - Communicate clearly any next steps and help manage expectations - Fully document each call accordingly - Build rapport and manage relationships over the phone Skills - 1-3 years of experience in customer service - Proficient typing skills - Demonstrated ability to interact with customers - Experience working in a phone-based/call center environment is a plus - Applicants must be legally entitled to work in the United States, as NVR does not provide visa sponsorship - Drug Testing and Credit Check are required Benefits - Traditional benefits - Stock ownership through a profit sharing trust as part of our retirement savings package Company Overview - NVR, Inc. is a Top 5 US Homebuilder and an industry leading company.
