Responsibilities - Coordinate documentation, project tracking, and stakeholder engagement to support accurate, timely CR&S reporting - Manage cross‑functional projects, including external surveys, high‑risk vendor research, and key leader priorities - Benchmark industry reports and support research on CR&S reporting trends and best practices - Maintain CR&S resources, templates, stakeholder lists, and support meeting coordination and OKR processes - Support Responsible Sourcing through vendor vetting and ensure CR&S content remains accurate across internal and external channels Skills - 1 year of coordinating large-scale projects or projects extending over a 6-12 month timeframe - 1 year of experience collecting and organizing data - 6 months of experience coordinating work across multiple teams or stakeholders in a collaborative environment - Foundational knowledge of key ESG landscape topics such as human capital management, sustainability, governance and reporting frameworks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Benefits - Competitive pay - Generous employee discount - Physical and mental well-being support Company Overview - Best Buy is a multinational retailer of technology and entertainment products and services offering consumer electronics and more.
