We are
seeking a Consulting Clinical Business Partner to lead and grow our Clinical
Consulting offering within the Life Sciences sector.
This role
acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, combining business development
and project leadership with a foundational understanding of clinical
development to steer high‑impact client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the strategic
direction and financial performance of the Clinical Consulting portfolio
- Grow the commercial pipeline
through client development, proposals, and strategic opportunities
- Act as a trusted senior advisor
to clients across clinical development and R&D transformation
initiatives
- Oversee delivery quality,
governance, and performance of clinical consulting engagements
- Guide and mentor Consulting
Clinical Managers, ensuring consistency and excellence in delivery
- Analyse clients’ business
processes and propose tailored, value‑driven solutions
- Collaborate with Business
Development, Operations, and Leadership to scale the offering
- Promote brand visibility
through industry events, conferences, and partnerships
Required Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in Life
Sciences, ideally in consulting, CRO, or technical environments
- At least 5 years’ experience in
consulting and/or business development roles
- Strong understanding of Pharmacovigilance
and Clinical Trials environments
- Proven ability to engage senior
stakeholders and drive commercial growth
- Strong leadership, analytical,
and communication skills
- Degree in Life Sciences or a
related scientific discipline
- Fluent
English
