They are looking for a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join their team focused on hiring Investment Banking entry-level talent, driving a positive and efficient recruiting process for candidates and recruiters.
Responsibilities
- Support the full life cycle recruiting process for entry-level and internship positions
- Drive candidate engagement through all stages of the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Lead the execution of campus recruiting events (on-campus, in-office, and virtually)
- Provide support for an impactful internship program including onboarding, training, networking events, and performance management
- Establish relationships with the recruiting team, business leaders, and HR partners to help deliver recruiting initiatives and programs
- Track all candidate information and ensure that data is properly maintained within our applicant tracking system
- Process candidate expenses and reimbursements
- Assist with ad-hoc projects in recruiting, operations, and candidate experience
Skills
- 1 year experience in human resources in a corporate environment
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Flexible team player with a positive attitude who can adapt quickly to changes as needed
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Workday or another applicant tracking systems
- Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Exposure to financial services or a professional services environment
