Affirm, Inc. proudly includes Affirm, PayBright, and Returnly. As a Project Manager, you will be a technical and operational leader on the Business Systems team within Revenue Operations! You will lead our commercial tech stack, including our CRM and various tech tools, and transform the way our Commercial employees execute new business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team, while leading complex projects that enable our Commercial colleagues to thrive. What You’ll Do • Coordinate end-to-end Sales technology projects, including project planning, status tracking, design, testing, and release activities • Establish our Commercial systems roadmap and evaluate complexity and resource requirements for inbound requests • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and team members to ensure the intake process is timely, effective, and efficient • Facilitate work management ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Record and communicate metrics to improve forecasts • Communicate progress to team members, anticipate bottlenecks, and provide escalation management • Work with Procurement to handle new contracts and renewals What We Look For: • BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business or 3-4 years of industry experience instead of a bachelor’s degree, • 3+ years experience in SFDC, including any combination of backend development, process automation, user management, or report generation. • 3+ years of system implementation experience with SFDC add-ons or tech partners • Solid grasp of Sales business processes in the opportunity-to-close cycle and configure, pricing, and quoting process • Experience applying concepts from different Agile approaches • Extensive knowledge of applications/systems like ZoomInfo, Ironclad, Outreach, Docusign, NetSuite, Conga, etc. • Experience using project management tools like Asana, Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc. • Demonstrable ability to manage complex projects end-to-end • Outstanding ability to partner with team members to understand business process challenges and provide guidance on technical solutions • Scrum Master experience in a technical organization preferred • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification preferred • Experience with Salesforce CPQ is a nice-to-have Location - Remote U.S. Grade - USA30 Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position. #LI-Remote Affirm is proud to be a remote-first company!
