This position reports to the Budget Manager in the WSLCB's Finance Division. This position directly contributes to the agency mission as it supports the effective operation of all divisions within the agency. In this role, you will provide timely and accurate support and assistance with agency budgeting processes while assuring that all agency and state requirements and standards are followed. Responsibilities for this position include monthly budget status reporting, revenue distribution, and all agency budget functions. Depending on your job duties, work location and supervisor approval, eligible employees who are new mothers, fathers or legal guardians can bring their infant (six weeks to six months) when they return to work. • Free parking Duties Some of the duties you will perform are: • Lead Budget Development and Monitoring. • Coordinate the development of the agency budget. • Develop and process allotments for the assigned programs. • Create and distribute monthly budget activity reports in a timely manner, providing analysis and solutions to the programs as needed. • Analyze irregularities and notify accounting of needed corrections in a timely manner. • Understand and update Performance Measures in the OFM system on a quarterly basis. • Communicate professionally within the agency providing consultative and budget services. • Lead the coordination of fiscal note requests. • Receive and track requests from OFM. • Notify division fiscal note coordi
