Day-to-Day
• Strategize defenses in complex negligence and tort litigation from policy analysis to appeals
• Draft and argue dispositive motions in state and federal courts
• Lead depositions of key witnesses, experts, and plaintiffs in high-exposure cases
• Drive settlements through mediations and arbitrations for optimal client results
• Handle bench and jury trials as second- or first-chair in liability hotspots
