Responsibilities Design and implement data management solutions to enhance data integrity. , Oversee the development and maintenance of data quality frameworks using Ataccama. , Provide technical expertise in Java and Python for scalable data processing applications. , Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications. , Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards. , Develop and implement data quality metrics and monitoring systems. , Conduct regular data quality assessments and identify areas for improvement. , Implement best practices for data management and data quality assurance. , Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on data quality and management practices. , Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data solutions align with business objectives. , Participate in the evaluation and selection of data management tools and technologies. , Document data management processes and procedures for future reference. Requirements Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or equivalent. , 11+ years of experience in data management and data quality. , Strong background in Ataccama, Java, and Python. , Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, and Snowflake. , Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) certification is required. , Proven track record of implementing data quality frameworks. , Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. , Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Nice-to-haves Experience in developing and implementing data governance policies. , Hands-on experience with data profiling and data observability. , Experience in creating and managing visualization dashboards for data quality.
