The Associate will support the New Verticals Partnerships team, working with strategic partners to analyze operational metrics, manage projects, and drive efficiencies in the business. Responsibilities - Analyzing operational metrics to identify trends and insights to advise a merchant, cross-functional partners, or both - Getting into the field to do a test delivery, gathering insights on consumer behavior and shopping patterns, or leading special projects to drive operational efficiency for your partners - Working with internal product teams to ensure we're prioritizing the right features for our merchants, dashers & customers - Project managing the roll out of new launches, particularly store expansions across the country - Designing marketing and promotional campaigns for new, returning or churned customers - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to build business reviews for your partner's senior leadership - Leading business reviews with your partner's senior leadership - Analyzing operational metrics to identify trends and insights to advise a merchant, cross-functional partners, or both - Getting into the field to do a test delivery, gathering insights on consumer behavior and shopping patterns, or leading special projects to drive operational efficiency for your partners - Project managing the roll out of new launches, particularly store expansions across the country - Designing marketing and promotional campaigns for new, returning or churned customers - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to build business reviews for your partner's senior leadership Skills - 1-3 years of high-impact experience preferably in a client-management role (examples include consulting, banking, account management, or marketing) - Strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Sheets) with the ability to navigate through large datasets to derive core business insights that form your decision-making - An AI-curious builder: you experiment with AI tools and ship practical workflows (automation, data enrichment, internal tools) — not just prompt-writing — and can translate messy business problems into reliable, repeatable systems - A confident communicator with the ability to steer conversations (including difficult ones) and present business insights in a client-facing forum - A proven ability to prioritize multiple projects, manage and meet deadlines and hit goals - An ownership mentality: you are excited to dive into problems (small or big) and are always looking for ways to improve - A team player with the willingness to collaborate with cross-functional partners to experiment, potentially fail and quickly pivot to try new initiatives - Need to know how things work and are not afraid to get under the hood; you're not satisfied with a status quo answer that seems broken or inefficient - A track record of 'building stuff'; you like to propose, experiment and implement ideas to make processes more efficient - High-growth startup experience - Experience in the convenience, grocery, alcohol or retail industry - Working knowledge of SQL, Salesforce, Tableau - Bilingual (English and French) Benefits - Paid time off - Paid parental leave - Wellness benefit - Several paid holidays - Medical, dental, and vision benefits - Disability and basic life insurance - An RRSP including an employer match - A mental health program Company Overview - DoorDash is a food delivery platform that connects customers with local and national businesses.
