The Aero Senior Field Service Engineer will lead activities, people, and HSE compliance to a high standard, safely accomplishing the installation, maintenance, and repair of Aeroderivative Turbines. They will be the first point of contact for global customers on-site and be responsible for leading in customer and contractor meetings to share and update action plans. Requirements 4+ years of work of mechanical experience on aircraft engines, aero-derivative engines or other types of turbine technology. Good mechanical/technical and oral communication skills. Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment. Bolting, Hydraulic Bolting, Flange Management, Small Bore Piping Experience with gas turbines is also preferred. Have experience working in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar). Display an impressive customer service-orientation mindset and experience leading customers through tough decisions. Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding. Have a deep awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and potential risks. Be a motivated self-starter and be able to make key decisions and innovate solutions. Have a good English knowledge.
