IBMC is assisting our sister company a premier marketing agency specializing in the financial services and proprietary trading sectors in hiring a strategic Ads Specialist. We serve a 100% international clientele, delivering high-performance growth solutions in a highly regulated and competitive global market. We are looking for a high-caliber Ads Specialist to act as a sole contributor in managing and optimizing our paid advertising ecosystem. You will be the technical lead for high-budget campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of the unique regulatory restrictions in the forex and trading industry, ensuring all campaigns are both high-converting and fully compliant. Key Responsibilities • Full-Funnel Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms. • Performance Optimization: Drive ROI and lead generation through rigorous A/B testing of ad copies, landing pages, and creative assets. • Compliance Management: Ensure 100% adherence to financial industry regulations and platform-specific policies (Google/Meta financial services policies) to prevent account bans and maintain brand integrity. • Strategic Budgeting: Manage and scale large-scale ad budgets effectively, ensuring efficient capital allocation across platforms. • Tracking & Attribution: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Voluum, etc.) to ensure data accuracy. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the design and content teams to produce high-performing creatives that align with global brand guidelines. • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of advertising trends, algorithm changes, and evolving laws affecting financial advertising. • Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital advertising, ideally within an agency setting. • Industry Expertise: Proven track record in managing ads for Finance, Proprietary Trading, or Forex sectors. • Platform Mastery: Expert-level skills in Google Ads (Search/Display/Video), Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads. • Technical Proficiency: Deep familiarity with tracking and attribution software (GA4, GTM, Pixel, Voluum). • Compliance Savvy: Solid understanding of global regulatory restrictions for financial market advertising. • Certifications: Current certifications from Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or reputable digital marketing institutions. • Autonomy: Ability to function as a sole contributor, managing projects from strategy to execution with minimal supervision. • Language: Professional-level English (written and verbal) is mandatory. • Competitive Salary: Premium compensation for specialized industry expertise. • Global Exposure: Direct impact on high-budget international trading brands. • Autonomy: High level of ownership over the agency's ad strategy and execution.
