- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client goals and objectives and develop digital marketing strategies (Branding, Web design and development, SEO, SMM, Media buying) to achieve them.
- Act as a contact person between clients and our agency, ensuring their needs are met and effectively communicated to the project teams.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to clients, including but not limited to branding, web design & development, SEO, SMM, and media buying.
- Collaborate with the internal teams specializing in branding, web design & development, SEO, SMM, and media buying to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Monitor project performance and provide clients with regular updates and insights.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery, including managing projects to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Enough knowledge of branding, web design & development, SEO, SMM, and media buying
- Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work in a collaborative team environment.
