Account Manager(Digital Marketing Experience)

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact. - Understand client goals and objectives and develop digital marketing strategies (Branding, Web design and development, SEO, SMM, Media buying) to achieve them. - Act as a contact person between clients and our agency, ensuring their needs are met and effectively communicated to the project teams. - Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to clients, including but not limited to branding, web design & development, SEO, SMM, and media buying. - Collaborate with the internal teams specializing in branding, web design & development, SEO, SMM, and media buying to execute marketing campaigns effectively. - Monitor project performance and provide clients with regular updates and insights. - Ensure client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery, including managing projects to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations. Requirements - 2–4 years of hands-on experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency. - In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics. - Enough knowledge of branding, web design & development, SEO, SMM, and media buying - Strong client communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills. - Results-oriented and able to work in a collaborative team environment. - Strong negotiation, critical thinking, and communication skills. - Self-motivated and results-driven.
