About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded Account Executive to join Techdinamics Integrations and help grow our customer base through a partner-led, referral driven sales motion.
This role is ideal for a seller who excels at discovery, storytelling, and negotiation, and who prefers working collaboratively with Solutions Architects rather than running technical demos independently.
While some outbound prospecting is required, the majority of opportunities come from partners, referrals, and warm introductions. Your focus will be on qualifying opportunities, guiding prospects through the buying journey, and owning pricing, negotiation, and contract execution.
What You’ll Do
- Scope and qualify opportunities through discovery calls to understand customer needs, workflows, and buying criteria
- Work closely with partners and partner-generated leads to drive new revenue
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects, who will lead technical demos, while you support the commercial narrative and value positioning
- Use strong storytelling skills to connect customer challenges to Techdinamics solutions and outcomes
- Lead all pricing discussions, negotiations, and commercial strategy
- Prepare, send, and manage contracts and order forms through signature
- Generate incremental pipeline through light outbound efforts when needed
- Attend industry trade shows, partner events, customer meetings, and conferences (travel required)
- Keep pipeline, notes, and forecasts accurate and up to date in HubSpot
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Projects, and Support teams to ensure smooth handoffs after close

- Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- High close rates driven by strong qualification and effective negotiation
- Efficient, well-scoped demos led by Solutions Architects
- Strong partner relationships that result in repeatable deal flow
- Clear, accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management
What We’re Looking For
- Lives in USA or Canada
- Proven experience as an Account Executive in SaaS or technology sales (minimum 3 years)
- Strong negotiation skills with experience closing complex or multi-stakeholder deals
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills — able to translate technical solutions into business value
- Comfort working in a partner-led, referral-driven sales environment
- Experience owning pricing conversations and contract execution
- Organized, disciplined approach to pipeline and CRM management
- Experience in logistics, fulfillment, ecommerce, or operational software is a plus
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus
