Imports those accounts into Clay, enriches them via Clearbit, Crunchbase, LinkedIn Jobs, Google, etc. Applies a point-based scoring rubric (we’ll provide weights). Auto-refreshes nightly and pushes “qualified” accounts + contacts into GoHighLevel via n8n (we have a team that can do this part if needed) Triggers our email/LinkedIn outreach playbooks (we’ll supply copy). Key Objectives Saved Search & List in Sales Navigator (rev $100M-$1B, 250-1,200 FTE, N. America, PE-backed, EOS/Scaling Up, AI-hiring signals). Clay Table Configuration Columns: revenue, employees, PE-backed?, EOS/Scaling Up mention, AI job posted?, YPO/Vistage affiliation. Formula columns to assign scores and tier tags. Automations - Again, we have a team that can do this part if this is outside of your skillset Daily enrichment refresh (Clay auto or n8n cron). n8n flow: new/updated “Tier-1” rows → create/update company + contact in GoHighLevel → tag + assign campaign. Documentation & Loom Walk-Through so our SDRs can tweak filters without calling you. Deliverables Sales Navigator saved search + account list (“Tier-1 AI Targets”). Clay workspace with enrichment columns, formulas, and color-coded score view. n8n workflow file + GoHighLevel webhook/API config. One-page SOP + 10-min Loom demo. Required Skill Set LinkedIn Sales Navigator power user (Boolean strings, account/lead lists). Clay: data enrichment, formula columns, auto-refresh. (Optional) n8n: REST API nodes, scheduling, error handling. (Optional) GoHighLevel API (or comparable CRM integration). Familiarity with Clearbit, Crunchbase, Apollo, LinkedIn Jobs APIs. Proven ABM / B2B lead-gen project experience. Nice-to-Haves Experience with ABM scoring models. (Optional) Ability to prototype simple GPT-based research or email-writing agents (OpenAI API).
