Are you a social media enthusiast with a knack for communication? We?re looking for proactive individuals to join our team as Instagram Chat Assistants, helping manage direct messages for several online retailers on Shopify. This entry-level, part-time position offers a great starting pay and the opportunity for future advancement.

Role: As an Instagram Chat Assistant, you will engage with... potential buyers who contact our partners? accounts via Instagram DMs. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers by answering their questions about products, shipping rates, return policies, and more, using a prepared document with all the necessary information.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
