Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This position requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Responsibilities: ? Inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits. ? Reviewing data for errors and correcting any incompatibilities. ? Generating reports and performing regular backups to ensure data preservation. ? Maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information. ? Ensuring proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions. Requirements: ? Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position. ? Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred. ? Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). ? Familiarity with administrative duties. ? Excellent knowledge of correct... spelling, grammar, and punctuation. ? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ?
