We are seeking an Online Chat Representative to join our team. This position involves providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities
? Engage with customers via online chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
? Utilize effective communication skills to address customer needs promptly and professionally
? Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate information or solutions
? Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through chat interactions
? Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently during chat sessions

Experience
? Proficient in English with strong written communication skills
? Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred
? Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
? Familiarity with sales processes and client services is advantageous
? Ability to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in written communication

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.05 - $24.14 per hour
