Summary Highstreet IT is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Procurement and Inventory modules to drive large-scale transformation programs. This role requires a strong functional consultant who can lead solution design, engage with business stakeholders, and deliver high-quality implementations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management & Qualification, and Inventory Management, combined with strong consulting and leadership capabilities. You will play a critical role in bridging business requirements with scalable Oracle Cloud solutions while mentoring junior team members and contributing to practice growth. Key Responsibilities •    Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management & Supplier Qualification, Inventory Management and design scalable and optimized solutions aligned with industry best practices •    Drive track cadence meeting and stakeholder meetings, configuration, create Lean specs, perform FUT's and solution validation •    Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into Oracle solutions •    Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and process owners and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities in P2P lifecycle •    Lead CRP sessions, demos, and user trainings •    Own module-level delivery across project lifecycle (Design → Build → Test → Deploy) •    Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints •    Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively •    Support SIT, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization •    Define integration touchpoints and support execution with technical teams •    Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts and review deliverables and ensure adherence to best practices •    Develop accelerators, templates, and reusable assets and support building Highstreet IT’s Oracle SCM practice and go-to-market initiatives Required Experience and Skills •    7–12+ years of experience in Oracle SCM •    Minimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations •    Proven experience in leading module-level delivery •    Experience working in global consulting environments preferred •    Strong hands-on expertise in: Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management & Supplier Qualification frameworks, Inventory Management •    Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes •    Deep Understanding of data migration and system integrations •    Good understanding of FBDI templates, REST/SOAP integrations, OTBI and BIP reporting •    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills and ability to lead workshops and solution discussions independently •    Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global delivery model Summary Highstreet IT is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Procurement and Inventory modules to drive large-scale transformation programs.
