Telephony Customer Service Advisor - Banking

Honeycomb are working with a leading Bank within Northern Ireland to recruit for a number of Customer Service Advisors. This role is a full time temporary position. This role will have the option to work from home once training has been completed.

Your Responsibilities: ?Be the first point of contact for all customers in the bank and provide a professional, friendly and efficient service, on the telephone. ?You will support customers by identifying and recommending appropriate service options with quality conversations and signpost to product offerings. ?Maintaining High Standard Data Security And GDPR Regulations. ?Following Your Assigned Daily Schedules and Tasks. ?Managing Complaints

What Are We Looking For?
?Somebody With A Passion For Good Customer Service
?Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
?Good Attention To Detail.
