Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, a Bachelor's degree in English (B.A. English Hons), and 2-3 years of sales experience. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for customer interaction and a strong ability to close sales and meet targets.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
Deliver product presentations and sales pitches effectively to meet clients' needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback to the team on market trends and customer needs.

Bachelor? degree in English (B.A. English Hons).
2-3 years of proven experience in a sales role.
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-first approach.

Compensation:
CTC: 3 LPA
