Sentric operates at the intersection of AI, legal operations, and staffing. We work with law firms and businesses to design, implement, and operationalize AI workflows that improve quality, reduce inefficiency, and elevate professional capability. Our model combines: •AI strategy and advisory services • Hands-on workflow design and implementation • AI-certified staffing support • Executive and practice group coaching We are building infrastructure for how law firms and legal departments adopt AI responsibly and effectively. As part of this expansion, we are seeking to engage three AI Adoption Consultants who will serve as client-facing representatives of Sentric in delivering AI consulting services to U.S.-based law firms and companies. ________________________________________ Role Overview The AI Adoption Consultant will work through and on behalf of Sentric to deliver AI advisory and implementation services to clients. This is not a passive research role. This is a client-facing consulting position requiring: • Strategic thinking • Technical fluency in AI tools • Strong communication skills • Professional presence • Comfort operating as a representative of Sentric in the U.S. legal market Consultants will engage with law firm leaders, partners, practice groups, and business executives to assess AI readiness, design workflows, and guide structured implementation. ________________________________________ Core Responsibilities 1. AI Strategy & Advisory • Assess client AI readiness and risk posture • Identify high-leverage AI use cases across litigation, transactional, and administrative workflows • Design phased AI adoption roadmaps • Advise on governance, training, and implementation sequencing ________________________________________ 2. Workflow Design & Implementation • Translate AI capability into structured, repeatable workflows • Develop prompt frameworks and internal AI usage protocols • Assist with tool selection and deployment planning • Support pilot programs within selected practice areas ________________________________________ 3. Client Education & Enablement • Lead workshops and training sessions for lawyers and staff • Provide one-on-one coaching for senior attorneys • Create structured learning materials and AI usage guidelines • Support cultural adoption and change management ________________________________________ 4. Representation of Sentric • Serve as a professional representative of Sentric in client interactions • Maintain consistency with Sentric’s messaging, positioning, and risk standards • Coordinate with internal Sentric leadership on engagement scope and delivery • Escalate risks, misalignment, or scope drift early ________________________________________ Required Qualifications • Demonstrated interest, experience, or strong background in artificial intelligence tools • Familiarity with generative AI platforms (e.g., large language models, legal AI tools, workflow automation platforms) • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Professional presence appropriate for U.S. law firm client engagement • Comfort leading structured conversations with senior professionals • Ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly and responsibly ________________________________________ Preferred Background • Experience in legal practice (licensed attorney or legal professional) • Prior consulting experience • Experience implementing AI tools in legal or professional services environments • Exposure to litigation, transactional practice, or legal operations • Experience working with U.S.-based clients ________________________________________ Personal Attributes • Curious and intellectually rigorous • Comfortable operating in ambiguity • Systems-oriented thinker • High integrity and discretion • Professional, confident, and composed in client-facing environments • Comfortable being held to delivery standards ________________________________________ Expectations • Must be comfortable serving as an agent and representative of Sentric • Must maintain professionalism consistent with U.S. client expectations • Must collaborate closely with Sentric leadership and delivery teams • Must operate within defined engagement scopes and risk parameters • All work must be logged in approved time-tracking systems ________________________________________ What This Role Is Not • Not a purely academic AI research role • Not a back-office technical support role • Not a freelance side project disconnected from Sentric’s strategic direction This is a consulting role with external visibility and accountability. ________________________________________ Growth Opportunity Sentric is scaling rapidly.
