As a dynamic and growing company, we are seeking a highly motivated and multilingual Customer Support Officer to join our remote customer support team. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Officer who is fluent in both English and Spanish to provide top-notch support to our clients via live chat, email, and/or telephone. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for resolving client queries, providing support when required, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, customer service, and back-office operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to customers via live chat, email, and/or telephone, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client queries. Act as the liaison between client requests, customer service, and back-office operations, fostering a collaborative and efficient workflow. Offer support to Business Development Managers, promoting the Company's services and driving business growth. Ensure all client requests are processed on time with no delays, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide quality customer support during the account opening stages and throughout the trading account's existence, building strong relationships with clients. Draft, monitor daily reports, and complete tasks assigned by the Head of Department or Management, contributing to the team's success. Essential Qualifications: Business fluency in English AND Spanish, both verbal and written, is a must. Previous relevant experience (6 months-2 years) in online customer support (emails/live chat) or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. Experience and knowledge of using Microsoft Office / Outlook, with proficiency in navigating various software applications. University Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, demonstrating a solid understanding of business principles and practices. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple client requests simultaneously. Good time management and priority handling, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure. Attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job. Initiative to find answers to new questions, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning. Ability to diagnose and resolve problems, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution. Working Hours: Our working hours are Monday-Friday, with 9-hour shifts including a 1-hour lunch break (weekly rotation). The shifts are between 07:00-22:00 Cyprus time, with one week night shift once per month. Twice a year, for one month, working hours will be Saturday-Wednesday, 12:00-20:00 Cyprus time. Location: Our customer support team is based in Ourense, Kingdom Of Spain, ES.
