Intermediate Financial Analyst

Crumbl is seeking an Intermediate Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role provides financial support for critical areas such as the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and the month-end close cycle including Budget vs. Actual reporting (BvA). You’ll play a key role in building models, analyzing data, and delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making. This position is ideal for a Junior Financial Analyst ready to expand their skills and progress toward a senior-level role. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, gaining exposure to all areas of Crumbl while applying both technical expertise and strong collaboration skills. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and review accurate and timely financial and business analyses, research, andforecasts. Develop and maintain financial models, with emphasis on margin analysis, operating costs, and labor planning. Partner with the People team to maintain Crumbl-wide labor planning models in NetsuitePlanning & Budgeting (NSPB). Support operating expense planning for Legal, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance,and Tech teams to align with company OKRs. Assist international expansion by creating forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis for newmarket launches. Own consolidated occupancy cost planning (facilities, rent, amortization, property tax, andmaintenance). Collaborate with Supply Chain to incorporate warehouse requirements. Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, including KPI tracking and BvA analysis fordepartment executives. Provide costing and budgeting expertise, supporting Purchasing with corporate card budgetallocations. Conduct ad hoc research, modeling, and financial evaluations to support decision-making. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: 1–3 years of progressive FP&A or finance experience (preferred). Strong proficiency in Excel; exposure to SQL (Snowflake) a plus. Experience with Netsuite or other ERP systems; familiarity with NSPB/Smartview budgeting aplus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships acrossteams. Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide creative, sustainablesolutions. Team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
