Note that both US & PH team members will still have a direct manager for their workload, but HR Coordinator will manage them from logistics standpoint to oversee their schedule, attendance, consistency, capacity, compliance, etc This role will also provide administrative & reporting support to other teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ================ - Reporting - Recruiting - Training & Development - Customer Relations - Systems Optimization - Growth & Development REQUIREMENTS ================ Proven experience as a Human Resources Coordinator or in a similar administrative role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Exceptional people skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup. Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus. SKILLS & BACKGROUND ================ Professionalism: High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. Tech-Savvy: Experience with Gsuite, CRM software and project management tools (e.g ASANA, Monday.com, Trello) plus AI tools is strongly preferred. Problem-Solving: Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Industry Knowledge: Background in real estate or administrative support is highly desirable.
