RICEFW Technologies Inc. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, benefits administration, immigration processes, training coordination, invoicing, and managing HRMS and accounting tools. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to supporting our company's HR and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment and Onboarding: • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. • Timekeeping and Attendance: • Maintain accurate time and attendance records. • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding timekeeping. • Benefits Administration: • Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and administration. • Resolve employee inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. • Immigration and Compliance: • Manage visa processing and immigration-related documentation. • Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations. • Training Coordination: • Organize and coordinate training sessions for employees. • Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness. • Invoicing and Accounting Support: • Assist in preparing and processing invoices related to HR services. • Utilize accounting tools to ensure accurate record-keeping. • HRMS Management: • Maintain and update the HR Management System (HRMS) with accurate employee data. • Generate reports and support data analysis for HR metrics.
