Job DescriptionJob DescriptionReporting to the Director of Health System Facilities, the Compliance Manager, Health Facilities is accountable for maintaining and demonstrating departmental compliance with all applicable Health policies, Federal, State and local codes, as well as all applicable standards and regulatory requirements across the medical centers and clinics in the greater Los Angeles area and other facilities as assigned.This role is 100% remote! Applicant must reside in the United States.Work Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with weekends, holidays and after hours work as-neededWork Location: Based out of Los Angeles, CADuration: IndefiniteSalary Range: $116,300 - $264,600 AnnuallyWhat is required:Solid understanding and working knowledge of EOC-, LS- and HR- related Federal, State and Local codes, standards and regulatory requirements applicable to critical-care hospitals, MOBs and standalone/offsite clinics in California utilizing TJC (preferred) for accreditation purposesExcellent written and verbal communication skills to enable effective communication with internal and external stakeholders of all levels and capacitiesOutstanding personal ability to develop and maintain trust, rapport, and strong working relationships with a large and diverse group of internal stakeholders and both internal/external service providers at all levelsTime management, organizational and analytical skills to allow successful navigation of complex, critical and dynamic hospital and outpatient environmentsWhat is needed to excel in this role:Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Fire protection Engineering, Architecture, Public Health Administration or related field preferred10 years' experience in hospital-based Environment of Care and Life Safety regulatory compliance roles within the state of California, including representation of the organization(s) at the Facilities/Engineering level (or higher) to regulatory agencies such as CMS, CDPH, CAL-OSHA, State Board of Pharmacy, and TJC, and othersWhat is in it for you?This role does offer employee benefits to be further discussed upon interest.Apply today!
