Requirements • Proven experience (7+ years) in talent acquisition leadership roles, preferably in high-growth tech or global companies. • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-volume and executive hiring strategies . • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficient with modern ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and analytics dashboards. • A strong advocate for employer branding and culture-driven hiring.
