Full-Time Remote Dispatcher (must have dispatch experience)
We are a fast-growing private transportation company serving Orlando’s airports and theme parks, and we’re expanding our operations. We are currently hiring a full-time remote dispatcher. Role Overview This position requires previous dispatch experience. You will coordinate routes, assign trips, communicate with drivers, and manage real-time scheduling changes in a fast-paced environment. Nights and weekends are required. Dispatcher Responsibilities • Manage inbound calls, messages, and schedule updates • Assign drivers and monitor trip progress • Track delays, flight changes, and route adjustments • Handle last-minute customer updates and problem-solve quickly • Maintain accurate logs and clear, consistent communication with the team Dispatcher Requirements • Proven dispatch experience • Strong communication and multitasking skills • Ability to work calmly under pressure • Reliable remote setup with a quiet workspace • Availability for nights and weekends If you’re dependable, proactive, and ready to support a high-volume, customer-focused transportation team, we’d love to speak with you.
