About the position The Fractional CEO at Reliable Roofing will provide strategic leadership and guidance on a part-time basis, overseeing operations, finances, and the overall direction of the company. This role is crucial for driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a strong company culture as the business scales. Responsibilities • Develop and execute long-term business strategies to achieve growth, profitability, and operational excellence. • Ensure efficient operations by identifying and implementing improvements across all departments. • Oversee financial planning and analysis, ensuring the company remains financially sound and budgets are met. • Provide guidance and mentorship to the senior management team, fostering a positive company culture. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for expansion. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company's success and ensure teams meet or exceed set goals. • Maintain strong relationships with investors, key partners, and stakeholders, representing the company at industry events. • Proactively manage risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and addressing potential operational, financial, and reputational risks. Requirements • At least 10 years of senior leadership experience, ideally as a CEO, COO, or other executive role. • Strong experience in developing and executing business strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability. • Expertise in managing financials, budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing profit margins. • Experience improving and optimizing company operations with a focus on efficiency and cost management. • Strong team leadership skills, including mentoring senior executives and fostering a high-performing culture. Nice-to-haves • Understanding of the roofing industry or home services sector is highly preferred but not required.
