This is a ground-floor opportunity for two ambitious sales professionals to build their legacy and define the future of our sales organization. Ventive is a modern growth agency specializing in Automation, Social Commerce, and Performance Marketing. We are seeking two foundational B2B Account Executives to join our team—one to manage the East Coast territory, and one for the West Coast. This is a unique hybrid sales role that combines the stability of inbound leads with the high-reward of strategic outbound prospecting. The Role & The Opportunity: We believe in a partnership model. We will provide you with a consistent, foundational stream of warm, inbound leads generated by our internal marketing systems. Your responsibility will be to manage and close these opportunities while supplementing your pipeline with your own targeted, strategic outreach to high-value accounts within your territory. This is a role for a true "full-cycle" sales professional who wants to have a direct impact on a company's growth trajectory. The Competition & Career Path: We are hiring two founding Account Executives at the same time. The top performer who consistently exceeds targets and demonstrates leadership qualities will be on the direct path to promotion, earning the title and responsibility of Director of Sales as we build out the team. We are looking for individuals who thrive on healthy competition and are motivated by the prospect of a leadership role. What You Will Do: Manage and close a pipeline of company-generated inbound leads. Develop and execute a strategic outbound prospecting plan to target and close high-value clients in your territory. Conduct discovery calls, deliver compelling proposals, and negotiate contracts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM. Act as a foundational member of the sales team, helping to refine our processes and strategy. Who You Are: A proven B2B sales professional with a strong track record of exceeding quotas. Experienced and comfortable with the full sales cycle, including both inbound lead conversion and self-sourced outbound prospecting. Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and thrives in a remote, autonomous environment. An exceptional communicator with a professional and consultative sales approach. Ambitious, competitive, and genuinely excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up and earn a leadership position. Compensation: This is a 100% commission-only, independent contractor role designed to reward top performers. Structure: Highly competitive, uncapped commission on all new business. On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 - $120,000+ in your first year. Payout: Fast and transparent payouts on all closed deals.
