Financial Analyst

Fleet Data Centers is a company that designs, builds, and operates mega-scale data center campuses. They are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and procurement controls across their data center development and operations, partnering with various teams to manage budgets and track costs. Responsibilities Gather financial data from multiple systems and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management Collect, organize, and analyze spend patterns, key metrics, and business performance trends Support budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and cash-flow updates in partnership with FP&A leadership Build working relationships with functional teams (Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting) to understand business drivers and cost impacts Manage the purchase order process from creation through fulfillment, ensuring accurate 3-way matching across Procore, NetSuite, invoices, and receipts Assist with RFP processes by coordinating submissions, evaluating vendor quotes, and supporting cost/metric comparisons Maintain cost trackers, committed-vs-actual reporting, and financial documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy Perform variance and financial analysis to highlight insights and support operational decision-making Ensure adherence to expense policies and financial controls across projects Support continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of financial processes and reporting workflows Complete ad hoc analysis, special projects, and cross-functional financial support as assigned Skills Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required Basic understanding of GAAP and financial statements 1-2 years of relevant work experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis & reporting (or a related role) Experience or knowledge within the Data Center Construction & Operations/Infrastructure a plus Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications High attention to detail and accuracy Strong written & verbal communication skills Interpersonal skills to interact and work with multiple levels and functions within the Company Capable of extracting and communicating data with relevant, consumable and actionable takeaways Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal oversight Results-oriented with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with varying timelines Intellectually curious with a problem-solving orientation High ethical standards & integrity Benefits 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K program Standard paid holidays Unlimited PTO Company Overview Fleet Data Centers is a data infrastructure company that designs, constructs, and operates mega-scale data centers.
