You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex issues, answer questions, and provide expert guidance on billing, insurance verification, products, and services. With a focus on delivering exceptional service, you'll be the face of blithequark, building long-term relationships with our clients and driving customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist customers and other advisors via phone, email, and web with questions about billing/insurance verification, products, or services * Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries * Identify and resolve complex issues, escalating to pharmacists or other experts as needed * Provide technical assistance to customers while browsing pharmacy.blithequark.com * Assist with customer inquiries regarding their insurance and payments, as well as shipping needs * Serve customers in a timely manner, ensuring maximum relationship potential * Recognize that each relationship represents more than a solution to a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship **Eligibility Criteria** * Must live in the state of Arizona * High school diploma or equivalent * More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications * Multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills * A high-speed internet connection from DSL, cable, or cable to the home (Fios or fiberoptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload * Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two week notices * Ability to work in a private environment free of distractions (e.g. barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and able to give full attention to the client during work hours **Preferred Qualifications** * More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email * Communication skills (spoken and written) * Experience working in a customer service or call center * Work experience in the medical field * Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards * Demonstrated ability to work in a team **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $20-$30 * Flexible schedule with opportunities to work from home * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Collaborative team culture with a focus on customer satisfaction * Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools to support your success **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
