Key Responsibilities Course Preparation and Delivery : Prepare course plans, syllabi, and materials, including lectures, labs, exams, quizzes, and projects, to ensure a comprehensive learning experience for students. Essential Qualifications Education : Associate's degree in Surgical Technology or a related field. Certification : Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification. Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of surgical technology. Knowledge and Skills : Strong knowledge of surgical technology principles, practices, and procedures, as well as excellent communication, instructional, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Advanced Degree : Bachelor's or master's degree in Surgical Technology or a related field. Teaching Experience : Prior experience in teaching or instructing in a higher education setting.
