About the Position The Search Quality Rater position is a critical component of our team, responsible for evaluating and testing search engine responses to everyday queries. Your expertise and feedback will play a vital role in shaping the online search experience for users. As a Search Quality Rater, you will have the flexibility to work from home, with a minimum of 5 hours and a maximum of 25 hours per week. Responsibilities Test and evaluate search engine responses to everyday queries, providing feedback on search engine performance. Adhere to project guidelines and maintain confidentiality as per the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure expertise in search engine evaluation and testing. Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the growth and development of our organization. Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project deadlines. Requirements Must currently reside in the State of Iowa (IA). Commit to a minimum of 5 hours and a maximum of 25 hours per week. Sign and adhere to project NDA. Ability to pass an assessment and background checks. Have a smartphone and personal computer with reliable internet connection. Reliable antivirus software installed on the computer. Must pass training modules and a required test before commencing work. Must be 18 years or older. Nice-to-Haves Experience in search engine evaluation and testing.
