In this position, you'll manage the sales and clinical teams for your assigned territory, nurturing our culture of trust, honor, and integrity. You'll also manage and partner with the Region Clinical Manager, who is responsible for oversight and direction of the clinical consultant team members. You must showcase proven success developing and executing sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals. **Responsibilities** As a sales leader at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Directing the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives * Leading and managing the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members * Directing the sales performance in specified regions * Identifying, hiring, retaining, and developing talent through proactive performance management * Developing strategies for launching new accounts and greater penetration in existing accounts * Establishing effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of sales * Leading difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects * Collaborating with cross-functional departments within the organization to support region growth **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams * Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies * Proven ability to manage and partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, clinical, and operations * Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform business decisions * A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience in the medical device industry, with a strong understanding of the regulatory environment and clinical applications * Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals * Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and analytics, with the ability to develop and implement sales performance improvement plans * Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies * Strong understanding of the importance of integrity, trust, and honor in business relationships **Skills and Competencies** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners * Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies * Proven ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform business decisions * Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to work with sales performance metrics and analytics * Strong knowledge of the medical device industry, with a strong understanding of the regulatory environment and clinical applications **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
