Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries and support requests through live chat, providing accurate, clear, and timely answers to their questions. Provide expert guidance on our products, services, and particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), troubleshooting basic technical issues and resolving software-related problems. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up to ensure resolution, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken using Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams using Microsoft Teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently, consistently providing a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide reliable information to customers, staying current with the latest developments and updates in the industry. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred), with a strong foundation in customer service, technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a virtual assistant, customer service representative, or similar role, with experience in live chat support and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar, and the ability to multitask and manage several chat conversations simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment, and a self-motivated approach to working independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
