About the Role: Registered Nurse – Home Infusion Services We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team as Home Infusion Nurses. As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding setting, providing one-on-one patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities: Provide a wide range of infusion treatments in patients' homes, utilizing your clinical expertise and personal touch to help patients recover in the comfort of their own homes. Conduct one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education according to the physician's plan of treatment. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare partners, demonstrating excellent written and verbal customer service skills. Travel up to two hours one way, occasionally, for patient visits, and participate in on-call rotation as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word. Essential Qualifications: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Colorado, with additional licensure potentially required in multi-state service areas. Minimum one year of nursing experience, with IV-related experience being a plus. Current CPR certification and a valid driver's license with up-to-date car insurance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word to document and track patient care activities. Preferred Qualifications: Three years of nursing experience, with one year of infusion experience being highly desirable. Home healthcare experience and CRNI certification are preferred but not required.
