Key Responsibilities Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Examine and amend data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards. Collaborate with teammates to resolve discrepancies and ensure data consistency. Assist in creating reports and presentations to support business operations and decision-making. Perform secretarial duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining electronic and physical records. Develop and maintain a strong command of real estate data entry procedures and best practices. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and company policies, applying this knowledge to improve data entry processes and procedures.
