If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding career that will allow you to grow and develop as a professional, then arenaflex is the perfect place for you. **The Role** As an Experienced Quality Assurance Engineer - Virtual & Simulation Testing for Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing virtual platforms to test and verify solutions through simulations and emulations with a high degree of fidelity. You will partner with Product Teams to drive high-quality product delivery, synchronize virtual and physical tests with the QA Manual Testing and Requirements Team, and ensure that new solutions meet the requirements of internal customers (Operations, Maintenance, Process, Ops Engineering, etc.). **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, implement, and simulate virtual platforms to validate end-to-end solutions with real-life software * Virtually ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service and support prior to delivery * Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products * Communicate quality standards and parameters to the product team, including hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams * Coordinate simulations and testing processes * Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues * Connect with internal customers (Operations, RME, ACES, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), review client, customer, and user feedback * Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree (BS) * 5+ years proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams with modelling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise * Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation systems, and related automation equipment * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems, including robotics, and high-speed manufacturing * Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management * Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully **What We Offer** * A dynamic and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and promotes growth and development * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and development in a rapidly evolving industry * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced Quality Assurance professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [insert contact information].
