**Experienced Part-Time IT Support Specialist – Remote Data Entry and Technical Services**

Get ready to advance both your personal and professional life and take off! **Why You'll Love This Role** As a key member of our IT team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our end-users in all aspects of computing, including software and hardware installations, updates, and general maintenance of PC desktop/PC systems and peripherals. **What You'll Do** • Configure, install, test, and maintain IT clients' desktop software and hardware; support mobile workforce • Provide guidance to IT clients on all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software • Responsible for end-to-end issue ownership, resolution, and communication with representatives • Deliver local training to clients • Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-user desktops and peripherals • Answer customer service issues escalated from the Helpdesk • Contribute to desktop projects (global installs/renovations) as a project team member • Remotely analyze and resolve issues using remote tools • Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with infrastructure-related issues • Record client interactions in incident management system including resource management • Recover data from hard drives and perform data migration • Maintain remote access for virtual private network as well as remote/broadband connectivity for PCs • Install and configure local and network-based printers • Perform routine maintenance • Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared to travel as required • Follow management direction, complying with IT strategy and methodology **All You'll Need for Success** **Minimum Qualifications and Training** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience/training • 3 years of hands-on 'involved' IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC desktop software and hardware issues • Should have firsthand experience supporting PCs in a Windows/TCPIP environment **Preferred Qualifications and Training** • A+ certification • MCSE/MCP or higher • Past IT infrastructure experience in an Aircraft/Airport environment **Skills, Licenses, and Certifications** • General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10 • Familiarity with workflow and tagging systems • Knowledge of VPN availability and ability to troubleshoot issues • Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment • Should be able to lift at least 50 pounds **What You'll Get** Take advantage of everything blithequark has to offer: • **Travel Perks**: Ready to explore the world?
