You'll work from the comfort of your own home, equipped with the latest technology and tools to help you succeed. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple accounts, following a guided process and logging each interaction in blithequark's CRM system * Gathering and verifying customer information, documenting it in the appropriate system * Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and de-escalating conflicts * Multitasking and navigating multiple systems with ease * Collaborating with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas **Required Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles * Ability to deal with upset customers, de-escalate conflicts, and provide empathetic solutions * Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Technical abilities sufficient to install, uninstall programs, and troubleshoot equipment * A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a locked door to prevent background noise **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous experience in a call center environment, remote work, or basic technical support can be beneficial in this role. **Job Requirements** To be considered for this position, you must: * Be available to train on weekdays, during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST) * Have open availability 24/7 to work shifts within blithequark's hours of operation * Attend training sessions and meetings regularly * Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a locked door to prevent background noise **Tech Requirements** To ensure seamless communication and productivity, you'll need: * A desktop Windows computer (no Macs or Chromebooks) * A processor with Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation) or AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation) * 8GB RAM (with 16GB RAM preferred) * A dual monitor setup * A high-quality USB headset * A hardwired internet connection * Minimum internet speeds of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload * Less than 20ms ping stability * No Spectrum internet service **Pay and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * A competitive hourly rate, ranging from $13.00 to $15.00 DOE * Eligibility for paid time off and 401k with company match after 1 year of employment * Perfect attendance quarterly bonus * PT sick time eligible after 6 months of employment * A W4 employer, with no independent contractor status **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're passionate about creating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
