Key Responsibilities As an Online Chat Support Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a multifaceted role that encompasses various aspects of HR operations, customer support, and team collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include: Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling to ensure we attract top talent. Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure effective integration into the team and provide a seamless transition into their new roles. Employee Relations: Act as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns from call center employees, providing timely and effective support. Support employee engagement and address workplace issues effectively to maintain a positive and productive work environment. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and performance, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Process HR paperwork, such as contracts and terminations, with attention to detail and confidentiality. Training & Development: Help organize and coordinate training sessions and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Track and report on employee training progress to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws to mitigate risks and maintain a compliant work environment. Prepare and maintain HR reports on staffing and turnover to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives. Support & Coordination: Collaborate with HR team members on various HR functions and initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate with call center management to meet staffing and operational needs, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as an Online Chat Support Specialist at Blithequark, you will need: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an HR role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. Skills: Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees and customers. Technical Proficiency: HR Software and MS Office Suite: Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ATS and HRIS Systems: Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus. Problem-Solving: Discretion and Proactivity: Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and resolve issues proactively.
